Bookings

We require a £100.00 deposit at time of booking.  The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival.  If you book your stay within 8 weeks of arrival the full

amount is required.

Payments

We prefer BACS payments but accept cheques too.  We also accept debit and credit card payments via paypal or calling us direct .

Cancellation

We recommend that you take out insurance cover for your holiday.  Telephone us immediately if you need to cancel and send us an e-mail or write

confirming the cancellation.  Your cancellation will be effective from the date we acknowledge receipt of your written cancellation.  If you cancel the

following charges will be payable by you to us.  Cancelled more than 8 weeks before your arrival date: loss of deposit, cancelled within 8 weeks of

arrival: loss of 100% of tariff.

Arrival and Departure

Our check-in time is from 4pm onwards.  Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure.  Please note we can be flexible with these time if we

are notified in advance.

Electricity

Electricity is extra and worked off a £1 coin meter.

Housekeeping

The lodge should be left as it was upon arrival.  We ask that all used beds are stripped and that any rubbish is put in our bin at the main entrance to

the lodges.  Guests will be liable for any cleaning charges incurred in the event that the property is left in a dirty condition.  We have a no smoking

policy in all lodges.

Dogs

One dog is permitted in the allocated lodges and there is a charge of £5.00 per night.  If you have two dogs please contact us before booking.  Dogs

are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture..  On departure we ask all guests to ensure that the lodge is aired and dog hairs hoovered up.
